Daniel Futa Is Also A Graduate Of The Colorado Academy

It would be a mistake to count Daniel Futa as just another recently graduated college student looking for a job. Most college students exemplify the slacker mentality, but Daniel Futa does not. He is a recent graduate of the University of Southern California who, in May of 2010, received two Bachelor’s degrees from that university’s College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences. The two degrees he received were in History and Political Science, two fields of study which are of immense interest to him. Daniel Futa is also a graduate of the Colorado Academy, a high school which elected him as Student Body President in his senior year. He graduated from that school in June of 2006.

Futa’s is not just a bookworm, though, he also excels in non-academic pursuits. He served as Vice President of Zeta Beta Tau, his fraternity at the University of Southern California. This means that he was the second highest ranking individual on the Board of Directors. His responsibilities included programming and running day-to-day operations for the fraternity. Futa also did an internship with CitiGroup – Smith Barney in Los Angeles, California in Fall of 2008. His responsibilities during that internship were not insignificant—he worked in the Wealth Management Department. In this capacity he interacted on a daily basis with extremely high net worth clients.
